Description

A hearty one-dish meal combining tender chicken, blanched broccoli, sharp cheddar, and fluffy rice baked to golden perfection. Ideal for family dinners with minimal effort.


Ingredients

2 (6-ounce) chicken breasts
3 cups broccoli florets
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1.5 cups uncooked rice
1.5 cups chicken broth
Garlic powder
Salt
Paprika
Thyme
1 sheet foil (for baking)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces
Toss rice with 0.5 cup broth for even coating
Combine remaining broth with garlic powder and salt
Sprinkle chicken with paprika and thyme
Place on foil-lined baking sheet
