Ingredients
1¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup (1 stick) butter
2 tbsp milk
2 large eggs
8 oz cold cream cheese
½ cup powdered sugar
1 large blueberry
1 large kiwi
1 large strawberry
Instructions
Preheat oven at 350°F, line 12-inch crust pan with parchment
Whisk flour, cocoa, and 1 tsp baking powder
Add sugar, solidified butter, and 2 tbsp warm milk
Beat 2 eggs into the dry components until homogeneous
Sprinkle extra cocoa over the dough
Cool crust 10 minutes, level top with offset knife
Blend 8 oz cream cheese and ½ cup powdered sugar
Chill mixture 15 minutes, then spread onto crust
Top immediately with blueberries, kiwi, and strawberries
