Instructions
- Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast until foamy.
- Combine flour and salt in a bowl.
- Add yeast mixture and olive oil.
- Knead until smooth dough forms.
- Let dough rise until doubled in size.
- Transfer to oiled baking tray.
- Stretch dough gently to fit tray.
- Let rest again for 30–40 minutes.
- Press dimples into dough.
- Drizzle olive oil and add toppings.
- Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes.
- Cool slightly and serve.
