Description

This colorful summer fruit salad is a refreshing mix of juicy seasonal fruits tossed with honey and fresh lemon juice. It’s light, naturally sweet, and perfect for warm days, gatherings, or a healthy dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup watermelon cubes
  • 2 kiwis, sliced
  • 1 orange, segmented
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly.
  2. Slice strawberries, kiwi, and banana.
  3. Cube watermelon and chop pineapple.
  4. Dice the apple and segment the orange.
  5. Add all fruits into a large bowl.
  6. Drizzle honey and lemon juice over the fruits.
  7. Gently toss everything together.
  8. Add mint leaves if desired.
  9. Chill for 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use fresh, ripe fruits for the best flavor. Add banana just before serving to prevent browning. You can substitute honey with maple syrup for a vegan option. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
