Ingredients
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup buffalo hot sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Place the softened cream cheese at the bottom of your slow cooker base.
Add the shredded chicken evenly across the top of the cream cheese.
Pour the buffalo sauce and ranch dressing over the chicken and cheese.
Sprinkle two cups of the cheddar cheese and one cup of mozzarella over the top.
Cover the slow cooker with the lid and set it to low for four hours.
Stir the mixture thoroughly every hour to ensure all ingredients incorporate properly.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for the best texture and convenience. Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature to avoid lumps and achieve a silky smooth consistency. You can also cook on high for two hours if you are short on time, stirring occasionally.
