Ingredients

- 500g all-purpose flour
- 350ml warm water
- 7g instant yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp flaky sea salt
- Optional: olives, cherry tomatoes, garlic
Instructions
- Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add flour and salt and mix into sticky dough.
- Add olive oil and gently combine.
- Let dough rise until doubled in size.
- Transfer to oiled baking tray and stretch.
- Rest again for 20–30 minutes.
- Create dimples using fingers.
- Drizzle olive oil and add toppings.
- Bake at 200°C for 20–25 minutes.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For best results, allow slow fermentation for deeper flavor. Use extra virgin olive oil for authentic taste. Store at room temperature for 2 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
