- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Pinch of dried herbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Roll out pastry and cut into circles, then place into muffin tin.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and herbs in a bowl.
- Add cheese, ham, onion, and peppers into each pastry cup.
- Pour egg mixture evenly into each cup.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before removing and serving.
Notes
Use any fillings you like such as spinach or mushrooms. Do not overfill the cups to avoid spilling. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for later. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
