- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups green grapes, halved
- 2 cups red grapes, halved
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 2 cups watermelon cubes
- 2 kiwis, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- Juice and zest of 1 orange
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Wash all fruits thoroughly.
- Slice strawberries and kiwis, halve grapes, and cube watermelon and pineapple.
- Add all prepared fruit into a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, orange zest, honey, and lemon juice.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit.
- Gently toss until evenly coated.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
