Description

This Easy Party Fruit Salad is fresh, colorful, and bursting with natural sweetness. Made with a mix of juicy fruits and a light citrus honey dressing, it’s the perfect refreshing dish for parties, gatherings, or everyday enjoyment.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups green grapes, halved
  • 2 cups red grapes, halved
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups watermelon cubes
  • 2 kiwis, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • Juice and zest of 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly.
  2. Slice strawberries and kiwis, halve grapes, and cube watermelon and pineapple.
  3. Add all prepared fruit into a large mixing bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, orange zest, honey, and lemon juice.
  5. Pour the dressing over the fruit.
  6. Gently toss until evenly coated.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

Use seasonal fruits for best flavor. Adjust honey based on sweetness of fruit. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add bananas just before serving to prevent browning.
