- 7g instant dry yeast
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 300ml warm water
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 150g mozzarella cheese
- 100g cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh rosemary
- Sea salt flakes
Instructions
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl
- Add warm water and olive oil
- Knead dough until smooth and elastic
- Let dough rise for 1 hour until doubled
- Spread dough on oiled baking tray
- Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese
- Sprinkle herbs and seasonings
- Press dimples into dough surface
- Let rest for 30 minutes
- Bake at 200°C for 20–25 minutes

Let the dough rise fully for best texture. You can add extra cheese for a richer flavor or use different herbs like thyme or basil. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven for freshness.
