Description

This Fruit Salad with Honey Lime Dressing is a refreshing, colorful, and naturally sweet dish made with fresh fruits and a zesty honey lime glaze. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 kiwis, sliced
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 orange, segmented
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all fruits.
  2. Slice strawberries and kiwi, and segment the orange.
  3. Place all fruits in a large bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk honey, lime juice, and zest.
  5. Pour dressing over fruit.
  6. Toss gently to combine.
  7. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
