- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C and grease cake pan.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add honey, oil, vanilla, and lemon juice.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Pour in warm tea and mix until smooth.
- Let batter rest briefly.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes.
- Cool completely before serving.
Notes
Warm the honey slightly for easier mixing and better flavor distribution. You can replace water with black tea for a richer taste. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze slices for later.
