Description

I make this Goat Cheese Salad with Balsamic as a fresh, elegant, and comforting dish using creamy goat cheese, crisp greens, toasted walnuts, and a sweet balsamic glaze. It’s quick to prepare, full of texture, and perfect for lunch, dinner starters, or entertaining guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 120g goat cheese
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry mixed greens thoroughly.
  2. Slice cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. Toast walnuts in a dry pan for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Slice goat cheese into rounds.
  5. Mix olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
  6. Arrange greens on serving plate.
  7. Add tomatoes and walnuts.
  8. Place goat cheese on top.
  9. Drizzle dressing evenly.
  10. Finish with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.

Notes

Toast walnuts for deeper flavor. Let goat cheese sit at room temperature for creaminess. Store ingredients separately if making ahead. Best served fresh after assembly.
