1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)

1/4 cup jalapeños
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Brush 5×7-inch baking dish with olive oil
Place taco shells upright in the dish
Season ground beef with salt and pepper
Dust beef with flour and mix thoroughly
Distribute beef evenly among taco shells
Top each with 1/4 cup cheese, onions, and jalapeños
Drizzle 2 tablespoons tomato sauce over each taco
Bake 20-25 minutes until shells are golden
Cool 5 minutes before serving
