Ingredients
Ground beef (85/15) 1 lb
Sea salt 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Dried garlic 1 tsp
Dried onion 1 tsp
Diced tomatoes 15 oz
Flour tortillas 8
Cilantro 1/4 cup
Instructions
Chop cilantro
Drain tomatoes
Cut tortillas into eighth-pieces
Combine beef with salt, pepper, cumin, garlic and onion powders in a bowl
Heat skillet with 1/2 tbsp oil
Brown seasoned beef for 5-7 minutes
Add drained tomatoes and simmer 2 minutes
Rest mixture 5 minutes
Heat tortillas in a dry skillet
Fill each tortilla with 3/4 cup meat mixture
Notes
Use flat-bottomed skillet for even cooking
Add beef broth if meat appears dry
Let meat rest for better texture
Choose 9-inch tortillas
