- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ¾ cup honey
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp honey for glaze
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C and grease cake pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Beat butter and honey until creamy.
- Add eggs one by one.
- Add vanilla extract.
- Combine dry ingredients and milk gradually.
- Pour batter into pan.
- Top with sliced almonds.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes.
- Cool and drizzle honey on top.
Notes
Do not overmix batter. Toast almonds for better flavor. Store in airtight container for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for 2 months.
