This Quick Strawberry Dessert combines fresh juicy strawberries, fluffy whipped cream, creamy cheesecake filling, and buttery biscuit crumbs into a simple no-bake dessert everyone loves. I make this easy dessert for busy weekdays, family dinners, and summer gatherings because it looks beautiful and tastes incredibly fresh and comforting.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 200g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups digestive biscuit crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Slice the strawberries and sprinkle them with granulated sugar.
  2. Let the strawberries sit for 10 minutes to release their juices.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Mix biscuit crumbs with melted butter.
  8. Add a layer of biscuit crumbs into serving glasses.
  9. Spoon cream filling over the crumbs.
  10. Add sliced strawberries on top.
  11. Repeat the layers until the glasses are full.
  12. Chill the dessert for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use cold whipping cream for the best fluffy texture. Add chocolate drizzle for extra indulgence. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can replace strawberries with raspberries or blueberries for variation.
