  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash, dry, and slice the strawberries.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  5. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  6. Arrange graham crackers in the bottom of a baking dish.
  7. Spread a layer of cream mixture over the crackers.
  8. Add sliced strawberries evenly across the top.
  9. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
  10. Finish with cream and strawberries on top.
  11. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  12. Slice and serve chilled.
