These No Bake Cheesecake Cups are creamy, dreamy, and incredibly easy to make. I layer a buttery biscuit base with a silky smooth cheesecake filling, then top it with fresh fruit or chocolate for the perfect no-bake dessert that melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 90g melted butter
  • 400g cream cheese, softened
  • 200ml heavy whipping cream
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh strawberries or toppings of choice

Instructions

  1. Crush biscuits and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press mixture into serving cups.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice.
  5. Whip cream separately until soft peaks form.
  6. Fold whipped cream into cheesecake mixture.
  7. Spoon mixture over biscuit base.
  8. Chill for 4–6 hours.
  9. Top with fruits or chocolate before serving.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture. Chill overnight for stronger flavor. You can swap strawberries for blueberries, caramel, or crushed cookies. Store in fridge up to 3 days covered.
