Description

Lemon Pasta with Chicken is a creamy, zesty, and comforting pasta dish made with tender chicken, fresh lemon, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and silky cream sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 300g pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti)
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lemon (zest and juice)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente.
  2. Cook chicken in olive oil until golden.
  3. Sauté garlic in butter.
  4. Add cream and lemon juice.
  5. Mix in Parmesan cheese.
  6. Return chicken to pan.
  7. Add pasta and combine.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor. Add pasta water if sauce is too thick.
