- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 lemon (zest and juice)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and black pepper
- Chili flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente.
- Cook chicken in olive oil until golden.
- Sauté garlic in butter.
- Add cream and lemon juice.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese.
- Return chicken to pan.
- Add pasta and combine.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor. Add pasta water if sauce is too thick.
