Description

These mini cheese quiche are soft, fluffy, and packed with rich cheesy flavor. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or snacks, they are easy to make and always a crowd favorite.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Grease muffin tin.
  3. Sauté onion and bell pepper in butter.
  4. Whisk eggs and milk together.
  5. Add cheese, vegetables, and seasoning.
  6. Pour mixture into muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Do not overbake to keep the texture soft. You can add spinach, mushrooms, or herbs for variation. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
