Description

These Mini Quiche with Puff Pastry are buttery, flaky, and filled with a creamy egg mixture, cheese, and savory fillings. Perfect for brunch, parties, or quick snacks, they are easy to make and absolutely irresistible.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 4 large eggs
  • 120 ml heavy cream
  • 80 ml milk
  • 100 g shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut puff pastry into squares and press into muffin tin.
  3. Whisk eggs, cream, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Add cheese, ham, onion, and spinach into each cup.
  5. Pour egg mixture over fillings.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden.
  7. Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize fillings with vegetables, chicken, or different cheeses. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
