- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 4 large eggs
- 120 ml heavy cream
- 80 ml milk
- 100 g shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut puff pastry into squares and press into muffin tin.
- Whisk eggs, cream, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Add cheese, ham, onion, and spinach into each cup.
- Pour egg mixture over fillings.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
You can customize fillings with vegetables, chicken, or different cheeses. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
