Description

These Mini Salmon Quiche are buttery, creamy, and packed with tender salmon and cheese. Perfect for brunch, snacks, or light dinners, they are easy to prepare and full of comforting flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 200g cooked salmon (flaked)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 50g grated cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dill

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into circles.
  3. Place pastry into muffin tin.
  4. Sauté onion in olive oil until soft.
  5. Whisk eggs and cream together.
  6. Add salmon, onion, cheese, and seasoning.
  7. Fill pastry cups with mixture.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.

Notes

You can substitute salmon with smoked salmon. Add spinach or herbs for variation. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for later.
