- 90g melted butter
- 400g cream cheese, softened
- 200ml heavy whipping cream
- 100g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh strawberries or toppings of choice
Instructions
- Crush biscuits and mix with melted butter.
- Press mixture into serving cups.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice.
- Whip cream separately until soft peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into cheesecake mixture.
- Spoon mixture over biscuit base.
- Chill for 4–6 hours.
- Top with fruits or chocolate before serving.
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture. Chill overnight for stronger flavor. You can swap strawberries for blueberries, caramel, or crushed cookies. Store in fridge up to 3 days covered.
