Description
This No Bake Strawberry Dessert combines layers of creamy cheesecake filling, juicy fresh strawberries, and a buttery graham cracker crust for the ultimate easy dessert. I love making this refreshing treat during warm days because it requires no oven and tastes absolutely incredible after chilling. Every bite feels light, creamy, fruity, and perfectly sweet.

- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
- Refrigerate the crust for 15 minutes.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix well.
- Fold whipped topping gently into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the filling over the chilled crust.

Notes
Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor. Chill the dessert overnight for a firmer texture and richer taste. You can substitute graham crackers with digestive biscuits or vanilla wafers. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
