6 corn or flour tortillas
1 small onion
1 tbsp taco seasoning

Instructions
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) with oven-safe skillet on center rack
Heat skillet over medium, sauté onions 3 minutes
Add ground beef and cook 6-8 minutes until browned
Stir in taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water; simmer 5 minutes uncovered
