Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Optional: chopped nuts or coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Warm peanut butter and add it to the mixture.
  3. Add honey and vanilla extract.
  4. Stir until thick dough forms.
  5. Adjust texture if needed.
  6. Press into a lined tray.
  7. Drizzle melted chocolate on top.
  8. Chill for 2 hours.
  9. Cut and serve.

Notes
