Ingredients
1 lb 90% lean ground beef
2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn, drained
1 packet low-sodium taco seasoning
3 cups low-sodium beef broth
Instructions
Heat a large stockpot over medium-high heat.
Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until fully browned.
