- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Wash and dry salad greens thoroughly.

- Slice goat cheese and set aside.
- Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper to make dressing.
- Arrange greens in a large bowl.
- Add pear slices, cranberries, and walnuts.
- Top with goat cheese slices.
- Drizzle dressing and serve immediately.
Notes
