Ingredients
Organic Lemons, unwaxed
Natural Sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or blackstrap molasses)
Filtered Water
Ice Cubes

Instructions
Wash and dry lemons under cold water, patting gently to preserve oils
Cut lemons crosswise and squeeze juice manually; strain through coarse mesh to remove pulp
Layer 15-20 ice cubes in a pitcher, then add sweetener and let sit 2 minutes
Pour 1 1/2 cups cold lemon juice over the ice, then top with 3 cups filtered water
