Description

This Tropical Fruit Salad is a vibrant, refreshing mix of juicy mango, sweet pineapple, tangy kiwi, and fresh berries, all lightly tossed in a honey-lime dressing. Perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a healthy snack, this easy fruit salad brings sunshine to your table with every bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly and prepare them on a clean surface.
  2. Peel and dice the mango into small cubes.
  3. Cut the pineapple into bite-sized chunks.
  4. Peel and slice the kiwis into rounds.
  5. Hull and halve the strawberries.
  6. Peel the orange and separate into segments, removing seeds.
  7. Place all prepared fruits into a large mixing bowl.
  8. In a small bowl, mix honey and fresh lime juice.
  9. Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
  10. Add the banana slices last and mix lightly before serving.

Notes

Use ripe but firm fruits for best texture. Add banana just before serving to prevent browning. You can substitute honey with maple syrup for a vegan option. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
