Instructions
- Grate the zucchini and place it in a bowl.
- Sprinkle salt and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Squeeze out excess moisture using a clean towel.
- Transfer to a bowl and mix with eggs, flour, cheese, garlic, parsley, and spices.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Scoop small portions into the pan and flatten slightly.
